How Long Does It Take To
Custom Print My Canopy?
We have a lead time of 10-15 business days from the time an order is placed until the time it is delivered. Occasionally, it can go beyond that time frame due to the high volume of customers. Rush orders can often times be accommodated, but we cannot guarantee delivery will be received by the date desired.
What Kind of Warranty Will I Get?
Custom Canopies come with a ONE year Warranty against defects or workmanship. Canopies are not warranted for misuse, weather, or storm related damages.
What Materials Are They Made Of?
All custom canopies are printed on 500 Denier Polyester using German UV resistant inks. Most orders are digitally printed - imbedding the ink into the fabric's fibers for a clean, crisp, and very durable print job. The frames are as follows:
Festival 10x10: Steel Hammertone Finish Frames with Nylon Fittings, easy to use push button height adjust and leg sliders
Tuff Tent 10x10, 10x20: Aluminum frame with nylon fittings, easy to use twist button height adjust, and leg sliders.
Ares 10x10: Heavy Duty Hammertone Finish Steel Frame, 1.5" hexagon legs, steel foot pads, easy to use push button height adjust and leg sliders.
Are Replacement Parts Available?
We not only print your custom canopy, but we try to have parts for most of our canopy models available in case you break any parts on your canopies! Most of the time these parts can be replaced and bring your canopy back to operational conditions. You can also purchase compete replacement frames if you need to replace the whole structure!
Can I Return My Order?
Unfortunately, custom canopies are NOT returnable. If you should encounter a problem with your custom canopy, we will do our very best to resolve your issues. Just contact us and we will solve the problem together.
